What will you do?

You'll own our social media presence shaping how Hei Dingo shows up online. This means planning, creating, and publishing content that actually moves the needle, while experimenting with formats and trends that fit our brand. You'll work closely with leadership to set strategy. Lot’s of testing and iterating fast.

Content Creation
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across our social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
- Experiment with formats - carousels, reels, stories, threads - and find what works for our audience
- Manage the content calendar and keep our brand voice consistent but fresh
Growth
- Collaborate weekly with founding team to align content with business goals, product launches & investor updates
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what's actually working in the community & real time relatable content
- Identify collaboration opportunities with creators, partners, and communities
Brand Building
- Shape Hei Dingo's tone of voice and visual identity as we shape growth
- Engage with the audience - respond to comments, DMs, and build real connections
- Stay ahead of trends and tools, personal ideas welcome for testing
Who are we looking for?

You're someone who:
- Already knows how to create content - you've done this before (school projects, personal accounts, gigs - we want to see it)
- Can work independently - you plan, execute, and deliver without us needing to remind you of deadlines or trends
- Understands that pretty content is great, but strategic content wins - you think about goals, not just aesthetics
- Is comfortable in English and excited to work with an international mindset
- Loves experimenting with new tools, apps, trends and knows when to use them vs. when to skip the hype
- If something's not working, if we change a feature, if there are over night requirements, has a proactive, solution oriented mindset
